Salary
¥1,280 / hour(Base hourly wage 1,280 yen + incentive. It is a high commission system that starts at 15% of the brokerage fee (in-house) and returns up to 50%.)

Japanese language proficiency: daily conversation level (equivalent to N3) or higher
