Job Description

Meetings with partner companies, process management
· Preparation of quotations, cumulative work
· On-site safety management, quality control, photo organization
· Creation of construction documents, neighborhood correspondence
It is a role that moves the site as a command tower rather than on-site work (manual labor).Since it is a site centered on the Tokyo metropolitan area, there are few long-term trips.

¥247,000 / month(Monthly salary from 247,000 yen to 464,300 yen. Bonus: twice a year, salary increase: once a year. Transportation expenses are fully paid (with regulations). Housing allowance, eligibility allowance, family allowance.)

Qualifications & Requirements
· Experience: Those who have experience in construction management (regardless of genre, such as civil engineering, interior, architecture, etc.)
Japanese language proficiency: Business conversation level (equivalent to N2) or higher
Qualifications: (Optional) Preferential treatment for those who have a qualification such as a civil engineering construction management engineer
· Note: Because there is no on-site work in the management position, "specific skill" visas cannot be applied for.Applicable to those who hold or can obtain a "Technical/Humanistic/International Business" visa.
