Job Description
At the intensive care nursing home, we are in charge of the overall nursing care work that supports the daily life of the user.
· Body care (food, excretion, bathing assistance, etc.)
Hygiene management and environmental maintenance in the facility
· Recording of daily life and care contents, preparation of reports
Collaboration with staff in other occupations such as nurses
Since the educational system is in place, it is an environment where you can grow while learning professional nursing care technology from inexperience.

Salary
¥270,000 / month(Monthly salary from 270,000 yen (based on experience and ability). Bonus: Twice a year (4 months of previous year's performance), salary increase: Once a year. Special adjustment allowance, night shift allowance (6,000 yen/time), dependency allowance, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays allowance and various other allowances are enriched.)

Qualifications & Requirements
Japanese language proficiency: daily conversation level (equivalent to N3) or higher
· Inexperienced people are welcome (those who like to interact with others and are able to treat them with compassion)
· Those who want to aim for a national qualification such as a long-term care worker in the future
People who can commute by car or motorbike (recommended)
