Job Description
We are in charge of the overall care work that supports the lives of users in various nursing care facilities deployed in Ichido and three prefectures.
· Body care (food, excretion, bathing assistance, etc.)
Hygiene management and environmental maintenance in the facility
· Recording of care contents and preparation of reports
Collaboration with nurses and other professional staff
Since the training system is in place after joining the company, you can start with peace of mind even from inexperience.Night shifts start 3 months to 6 months after you are accustomed to working, so you can master the work step by step.

Salary
¥244,000 / month(Monthly salary 244,000 yen to 371,200 yen. Bonuses are given three times a year, and salary increases are given once a year. Including treatment improvement allowance (44,000 yen), regional allowance (15,000 yen), special residence support allowance (20,000 yen), night shift allowance (12,000 yen/4 times), etc.)

Qualifications & Requirements
Japanese language proficiency: daily conversation level (equivalent to N3) or higher
