Job Description
I will be in charge of overall kitchen operations at Mondo, an Italian restaurant that will open in December.
· Preparation of ingredients, production (cooking), washing of dishes and cooking utensils used, etc.

¥276,000 / month(Monthly salary from 276,000 yen (including commuting allowance, deemed late-night allowance 30 hours, deemed overtime allowance 34 hours). * Approximately 50,000 yen will be deducted from social security, income tax, etc., and the estimated take-home price will be approximately 226,000 yen. There is an incentive system linked to performance (eligible from six months after joining the company), and there is a salary review and salary increase (twice a year). Transportation expenses are fully paid (with regulations).)

Qualifications & Requirements
Japanese language proficiency: daily conversation level (equivalent to N3) or higher

· Inexperienced OK.Preferential treatment will be given to those who have experience in the food and beverage industry.
· Those who have a status of residence that allows them to work.
