Job Description
At a popular sushi restaurant in Japan, you will learn about store management and cooking as a candidate for a store manager.
· Work training (3 months): How to make sushi in a specialized facility (robots do the grasping and rolling!), fish preparation, and more.
· Store operation training (6-9 months): In the actual store, you will learn what the store manager needs, such as managing money, managing the state of the store, and managing staff.
· Off-JT training: You will learn about store management, numerical knowledge, fish knowledge, staff management knowledge, business sense, communication skills, etc.
[Point 1: From inexperience to store manager!]You can learn about sushi and how to make it after joining the company.Don't worry, your senior trainer will teach you one-on-one.

¥250,000 / month(Monthly salary 250,000 yen to 500,000 yen (estimated annual income: 3.5 million yen to 6 million yen). Bonus: twice a year (depending on the company's evaluation), salary increase: once a year (April). Transportation expenses are paid in full. Overtime allowance is available.)
